POOL ETIQUETTE

Residents are reminded that the pool is our greatest asset. It is for the use of all homeowners for their enjoyment and safety. To that end, please make sure that you have your pool cards for access; these are valuable passes that allow entrance to our facility.

Please remember to follow all rules at the pool which include but not limited to proper swim wear, no one under the age of 18 allowed without adult supervision, no smoking, and no alcoholic beverages. We ask that all residents adhere to these rules as without lifeguards and pool monitors it is an honor system.

The recreation facilities belong to ALL homeowners of Oak Ridge Village. Accordingly we expect that all residents and their guests will use the facilities with that in mind.

Please report pool violations to our Community Association Manager, Ted Brocker (Ted@ams-sa.com) during regular business hours Monday – Friday 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. (Names of violators or their pool key card access numbers are required for follow up)
