HOA Dues are due January 1 and July 1 of each year. Dues not paid by February 1 and August 1 are delinquent and clubhouse and pool privileges are suspended. This means your pool card will not be activated until the dues are current. Remember, also we have a $25.00 reactivation fee.
IF you need special assistance with these new HUGE trash cans, the city will help! Follow this LINK to the application for special assistance! Please be aware of our neighbors, if you have a neighbor with special needs please feel free to offer to help on trash days! This would be a great way for our children to learn about helping others!
